"They Made Sure I Got the Right Part"
I wasn’t totally sure which part would actually fit my Jeep, and I didn’t want to guess and then blame anyone if I ordered the wrong thing. I sent over my VIN before buying, and they took the time to check it and point me to the correct match.
The part arrived and fit like it was supposed to. Fair experience overall — they did their part, saved me a return, and I ended up with exactly what I needed.

I’ll give them credit, for something that was backordered, they actually kept me in the loop well. I didn’t have to sit around guessing what was going on, which is more than I expected.

I got the part I ordered and it fits fine, so that’s the main thing. It did show up with a few scratches, which was a little disappointing. It’s still usable, but you’d expect a new part to arrive in better condition.

I ordered a couple of Mopar parts because the site showed they were available, and I thought it was going to be a quick, easy order. Looking back, I kind of wish I had called first instead of just trusting the inventory online.
One of the parts shipped out fine, but the other one turned out to not actually be in stock, and I only found that out later. That was frustrating because I needed it quickly, so I definitely had that “maybe I should’ve bought it somewhere else” feeling.
To be fair, they did keep me updated and refunded the part without making it a hassle, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish the inventory was more accurate, because the whole thing left me a little annoyed with myself for taking the chance.

"Mostly Fit, But One Clip Was Off?!"
It did fit my Jeep for the most part, but one of the clip spots was a little off?! I had to fiddle with it a bit to get it to sit right. Not the worst thing ever, just wasn’t a perfect fit.

"Slow shipping and a lot of wasted energy"
Shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it over and over with no clear idea of when it would actually arrive. It felt like wasted energy just trying to figure out what was going on. Not a great experience.

I did end up getting the warranty issue taken care of, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the replies were slower than I would’ve liked. If it’s not urgent, it’s probably fine, but if you need a quick fix, it might feel a little frustrating.

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with the return process. The restocking fee felt unfair, especially since I wasn’t expecting to lose money just for sending the item back.

I needed to exchange a part, and it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. I reached out early in the week and ended up going back and forth for a few days before things were sorted out. The replies were a bit slow, and at times I wasn’t totally sure what the next step was supposed to be.

"Didn't seem like a genuine OEM part"
When it showed up, the box was beat up and the labels just looked off to me. The wording made it sound like this was a genuine Mopar/OEM part, but after seeing the packaging, I didn’t feel confident that it was. Misleading if you ask me.

They did get back to me in the end, but the reply took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I was definitely checking my messages and feeling a bit frustrated while waiting. I’m glad they answered, I just wish it had been sooner

"Refund took way too long..."
I ordered a part and then ended up needing to cancel it... and wow, getting the refund back took forever!!! I kept checking my account, waiting for some kind of update, and there really wasn’t much to go on?? Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, the whole refund process was just really annoying...

"Discount looked better than it was"
I went on Mopar Parts Deals thinking I was going to save a decent amount, since the part price looked lower at first (which is what pulled me in). I figured it was worth trying instead of just buying local like I usually do.
But once shipping and the extra costs were added, the total came out almost the same. It wasn’t a total rip-off or anything, but the discount definitely wasn’t as good as it looked upfront (kind of disappointing, honestly).

"Packed well and arrived fine"
The parts showed up packed really well, and nothing was damaged. The box had a few dents from shipping, so I was a little worried at first, but no—everything inside was totally fine. There was plenty of padding around the part, maybe almost too much since it took a bit to unwrap, but I’d rather deal with that than find something broken. Overall, a good experience.

"Fast processing, but I felt a bit misled"
I placed my order in the evening and it was already processed by the next day, which was faster than I expected. I appreciated not having to sit around wondering if anything was happening.
That said, I did feel a little misled by the way the timing was presented, because I wasn’t totally sure what “processed” actually meant for the rest of the order. It moved quickly at first, so I’m happy about that part, but the wording left me expecting a bit more clarity.

"Part lookup seemed accurate to me"
I used the site to check a part for my Jeep, and the VIN lookup matched everything correctly as far as I could tell. Ordering was straightforward too. I’m only giving 4 stars because I still felt like I had to double-check one of the numbers myself, just to be sure, but it did end up being right. So overall, seems reliable, right?

"Tech support wasn’t much help"
Looking back, I remember reaching out to tech support and mostly feeling ignored. I never really got a proper answer, and the issue still wasn’t fixed. Frustrating experience overall.

"Good prices, but check shipping"
Grabbed a couple Mopar parts from here. Prices were better than my local dealer. Also better than a few other sites I looked at.
Checkout was simple enough. No issues there. Shipping just came in a little higher than I thought it would. Still cheaper in the end, though.
Parts arrived fine. Correct ones too. I’d order again, but yeah. Check the shipping first.
